    1. Information We Collect

    We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and phone number when you create an account, request a demo, or subscribe to our newsletter. We also collect usage data automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your account and our products, send marketing communications (with your consent), ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations. We process player data on behalf of our casino clients strictly as a data processor.

    3. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

    We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (sub-processors) who assist in operating our platform, when required by law, or with your consent. Our casino clients' player data is never shared between properties or with third parties outside the sub-processors listed below.

    Sub-processors we currently use, and what each one does for us:

    • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting, database, and application infrastructure
    • Telnyx — SMS and voice message delivery
    • TurboSMTP / GetScaled — outbound email delivery infrastructure
    • Stripe — payment processing and billing
    • Sentry — error monitoring and crash diagnostics
    • MillionVerifier — email address validation

    Each sub-processor is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Casino/property clients may request a copy of our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or the current sub-processor list at any time by contacting privacy@playeros.ai.

    4. Data Security

    We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, property-level data isolation, and regular security audits. All player data is stored with strict multi-tenant isolation.

    5. Data Residency

    Player and account data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the US East (N. Virginia, us-east-1) region. We do not currently offer data hosting in other AWS regions.

    6. Cookies

    We use essential cookies and similar local-storage technologies to operate the platform, analytics cookies to understand usage patterns, and preference cookies to remember your settings. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our cookie settings dialog, available from the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.     7. Your Rights

    Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, opt out of marketing communications, and restrict or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@playeros.ai.

    8. CCPA & State Privacy Laws

    If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

    9. Data Retention

    We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

    10. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion Data

    For our casino/gaming operator clients, PlayerOS supports responsible-gaming (RG) controls, including recording a player's self-exclusion or opt-out status and enforcing that status against marketing sends at the moment of send, not only when a campaign audience is first built. This data is processed strictly on behalf of, and at the direction of, our casino/property clients as part of our data-processor role described in Section 2 above.

    12. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
